SUBSTANCE: the present innovation should be applied as anesthesiological assistance in case of operations upon aortoileal segment of abdominal aorta. So, before surgical interference it is necessary to fulfill the puncture and catheterization of epidural space at thoracic level. Then, at lumbar level one should carry out spinal puncture followed by catheterization. In the course of operation, during the resection of femoral arteries it is necessary to introduce seduxen. In case of intra-abdominal stage it is important to introduce sodium oxybutyrate and lidocaine epidurally. The innovation provides optimal duration of sensor and motor block for interference in this area and, also, stabilization of hemodynamics and shortened quantity of intra- and post-surgical cardio-pulmonary complications.
