SUBSTANCE: carotid and spine arteries are subsequently subject from right and left during 5 minutes to amplitude-frequency-modulated low-intensity IR-radiation laser at depth of modulation to 30%, with modulation frequency of 3 Hz, intensity of radiation up to 50 J and 960 nanometer wavelength of. Then areas of projections of forehead and cervical parts of brain, projections of hippocampus tonsils, projection of thalamus-hypothalamus formation are then subject to amplitude-frequency-modulated low-intensity magnetic field influence and microwaves with modulation frequency up to 3 Hz, depth of modulation up to 40%, magnetic induction 2mT, power of microwaves up to 1mW/cm2 from right and from left during 3 minutes. Then vision analyzer is subject to influence of amplitude-frequency-modulated low-intensity IR-radiation waves with modulation frequency up to 3 Hz, depth of modulation up to 50%, 850 nanometer's wavelength and with power up to mW/cm2 during 30 minutes. Course of treatment consists of 15 procedures.
