SUBSTANCE: method involves applying low intensity magnetic field frequency-modulated with frequency equal to or less than 3 Hz and modulation depth equal to or less than 30%, power equal to or less than 50 J, wavelength of 960 nm and low intensity infrared waves amplitude-frequency-modulated with frequency equal to or less than 3 Hz and modulation depth equal to or less than 50%, power equal to or less than 2 mW/cm², wavelength of 850 nm. Magnetic treatment is applied to hypothalamus projection zones and parasternal zones of 1-5 intercostal space. Laser radiation treatment is carried out sequentially bilaterally to paravertebral zones at the level of C3-Th4, to reflexogenic interscapular zones at the level of Th4-Th6, to thyroid gland and kidney projection zones. Infrared radiation treatment is applied to visual analyzer. Laser radiation and magnetic treatment is 5 min long per 1 zone, infrared radiation treatment is 30 min long. Initial and current value of pulse wave propagation is additionally determined and vascular training is carried out by means of biofeedback with alternatingly increasing and reducing pulse wave propagation time during 1-5 min with 10 s long cycles. The procedures are given daily. The total treatment course is 15 days long.
