FIELD: construction engineering; manufacture and application of protective coats on articles and structures; anticorrosion protection of worn and new articles, buildings and structures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of stating components, metering and mixing them; mixing is effected at rotational speed of mixer of 350 rpm; such components as water glass, water, setting retarding additives, plasticizing additives and sealing additives are subjected to mixing first; mixing is continued for 8-12 minutes after which mixture is fed to filler and mixing is continued for 8-12 minutes, after which hardening agent is fed to mixer and mixing is performed again at speed of mixer increased by at least two times during 15-25 minutes. Components are taken at the following ratio, parts by mass: water glass, 90-110; water, 9-11; setting retarding additive, 2-5; plasticizing additive - superplasticizer C-3, 2-5; sealing additive - polyisocyanate, 20-40; filler - andesite powder, 100-150; hardening agent sodium fluosilicate, 12-18.
EFFECT: improved quality of mixture; increased life of mixture.
