FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of acid-resistant concrete and mortar based on the unfired binder. First kaolinite clay is activated to the specific surface of 640 m2/kg and is subjected to firing at the temperature of 600–650 °C, the resulting metakaolin is mixed with the volcanic tuff of the specific surface of 520 m2/kg, which is followed by addition of sodium silicofluoride Na2SiF6, sodium hydroxide NaOH, liquid glass Na2SiO3 and hydrophobizing liquid HSF-11 at the following ratio of components, WT%: metakaolin 25.6–61.2, volcanic tuff 21.4–51.2, liquid glass Na2SiO3 11.0–13.0, sodium hydroxide NaOH 0.6–1.0, sodium silicofluoride Na2SiF6 5–8, hydrophobizing silicone fluid HSF-11 0.8–1.2.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of obtaining acid-resistant binder with improved physical-mechanical and operational properties.
