FIELD: oil-processing industry; methods of reprocessing of the of petroleum residue.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the oil processing, in particular, to the method of reprocessing of the petroleum residue. The method of reprocessing of the petroleum residue includes the stages of the hydrogenation upgrading of the petroleum residue and dividing of the produced hydrogenizate into the distillate (the fuel fractions) and the non-transformed residue. The received non-transformed residue is subjected to the delayed carbonization receiving the distillates of cocking and the coke. Then the distillates of cocking additionally are mixed with the distillates of the stage of the hydrogenating upgrading and the once-run diesel distillates and subjected to the joint hydrorefining at the following ratio (in mass %): the distillates of cocking - 35-80, the distillates of the hydrogenating upgrading - 15-40, the once-run diesel distillates - 5-25. The process of the joint hydrorefining is realized at the pressure of 40-80 kgf/cm2, the temperature of 320-400°С, the volumetric rate of the speed of the raw material feeding - 0.5-2.0 hour-1, the ratio of the hydrogenous gas/raw materials - 400-1500 n.vol./vol. at the presence of the aluminum-cobalt-molybdenum or the aluminum-nickel-molybdenum catalyst. The method allows to produce: the low-sulfur refinery coke suitable for application in the capacity of the electrode coke; the gasoline fraction (boiling start - 180°C), which is used as the component of the raw material in the process of the catalytic reforming; the diesel fraction (180-360°С)containing no less than 0.035 mass % of sulfur, that conforms to the requirements of the Standard EN-590 (GOST 52368-2005) and which is the commercial diesel fuel; and the residual fraction (> 360°С) containing 0.1-0.3 mass % of sulfur, which may be used as the component of the raw material of the catalytic cracking or as the ingredient of the low-sulfur fuel oil.
EFFECT: the invention allows to produce: the low-sulfur refinery coke suitable for application in the capacity of the electrode coke; the gasoline fraction used as the component of the raw material in the process of the catalytic reforming; the low-sulfur diesel fraction (commercial diesel fuel) conforming to the Standard EN-590 (GOST 52368-2005); and the low-sulfur residual fraction used as the component of the raw material of the catalytic cracking or as the ingredient of the low-sulfur fuel oil.
