FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining. Invention relates to a method for processing non-converted oil refining residues and includes delayed coking to obtain coking distillates - coking light gasoil and coking naphtha, mixing them with distillates of other processes, combined hydrotreating and subsequent rectification to obtain a fraction of gasoline and a fraction of diesel fuel, wherein in the process of rectification, a kerosene fraction with a boiling point of 140°C to 240°C, and as fraction of gasoline - fraction of gasoline with temperature from the beginning of boiling to 160°C, as diesel fraction - summer diesel fraction with boiling point from 220°C to 370°C, and as distillates of other processes, catalytic cracking light gasoil is used at their following ratio during hydrofining, wt%: light coking gasoil 50-80; coking naphtha 5-20; catalytic cracking light gasoil 10-30.
EFFECT: increased depth of processing of non-converted residues without use of expensive straight-run distillate, production of valuable final products during rectification, such as kerosene - deficit fuel for aviation, a fraction of summer diesel fuel with ultra-low content of sulfur, high cetane number, improved low-temperature properties.
