SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the working layers on the surfaces of the hollow cylindrical details and may be used for manufacture of the bimetal bushes with the coating simultaneously on the interior and external surfaces or only on the external surface, and also for reclamation of such details. In the detail wall execute the radial channel, on the butts of the detail execute the annular grooves, and on its external surface execute at least one connecting them longitudinal groove. The total volume of the annular grooves compounds 0.01-0.05 of the volume formed by the clearance between the detail and the die block. The substance of the working layer is placed in the detail cavity. The detail is set in the die block with the certain clearance. Then execute their rotation about the axis with the simultaneous heating up to the melting point of the substance of the working layer. The technical result of the invention consists in removal of the possibility of formation of the air cavities in the build-up working layer and so exclusion of the spoilage.

EFFECT: the invention ensures removal of the possibility of formation of the air cavities in the build-up working layer and exclusion of the spoilage.
