FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacture of a steel preform, coating of its inner surface with flux, filling of the surfacing material, sealing of the preform by means of two process covers, fastening in the bimetallization plant centres, preform spinning, heating by high frequency induction current, isothermal soaking and cooling. Heating time of a preform at the set value of the specific heating power is implanted in accordance with an empirical regression formula: t=112.8·exp(-8.59·q), where t is the preform heating time, s; q is specific heating power, kW/cm3.
EFFECT: increased quality of the deposited layer during bushings bimetallization due to uniform heating, complete batch melting along the preform length and heating regimes control.
