FIELD: construction, particularly roof covering by making use of flat or curved slabs or stiff sheets.

SUBSTANCE: plate comprises upper belt made of corrugated board secured in span structure by means of truss rod system. Truss rod system is fastened to rigid end beams connected to corrugated board in plate supports. Rigid end beams are made of channel members at plate supports. Corrugated board is inserted in the channel members. Corrugated board is secured to end beams through bolts inserted in orifices made in end beam flanges. The bolts have conical heads with diameters less than orifice diameter. Difference between head diameter and that of orifice is more than double corrugated board thicknesses. Corrugated board may be also secured to end beams by means of hardening mortar. Corrugated board has stamped orifices.

EFFECT: simplified plate production and increased load-bearing ability.
