FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: floor slab comprises an upper belt from corrugated boards reinforced in the span with a truss rod. The rod is fixed in the support area of the slab to rigid cantilever stops. Stops are made in the form of trapezoidal gussets. Upper bases of gussets follow the shape of cross section of the upper and lower shelves of corrugated board and are fixed to in with self-tapping screws or bolts. Lower bases of gussets are fixed to the rod. Stops are made of two stamped sheet gussets. The lower bases of gussets have cavities stamped along the shape of the half-section of the rod and are joined to each other by means of coupling bolts. Sections of a cantilever stop between bases are corrugated in accordance with a linear scheme. The truss in the span is arranged as pulled away from the corrugated board by one or more stands.
EFFECT: higher bearing capacity, lower deformability and simplified manufacturing.
