FIELD: power engineering, possible use at heating plants for kindling boilers.
SUBSTANCE: furnace contains central and peripheral combustion chambers, divided by a screen and connected by drain window, burner device, output section of which is inserted into peripheral combustion chamber and surrounded by circulation pipe, in front of inlet end of which nozzles for feeding injecting agent are positioned, and on exit end, burner orifice is mounted, where circulation pipe is positioned inside the burner orifice with creation of circular gap between them, sources of dust and air, where circulation pipe is made of two parts: moving part, with possible axial movements, and immobile part. Aforementioned kindling burner is a device of double purpose, and after kindling the boiler, it is transferred to standard main burner ode by changing position of moving part of circulation pipe, the burner works with air excess coefficient below calculated one, as a result of which amount of nitrogen oxides in the boiler occurs by 100 mg/M3 or by 10-15% of total amount thereof.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
