FIELD: thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: furnace includes prismatic vertical chamber divided into peripheral combustion chamber 3 and central combustion chamber 4 by means of gas-tight shield 2; peripheral and central combustion chambers are brought in communication through bypass ports 9 and 10 provided in upper portion of chamber 3 and formed by means of slag screens 7 and 8. Burner devices 12 are brought into peripheral combustion chambers 3 and are provided with nozzles at their ends for supply of injecting agent and circulating pipe 13 to which they are brought forming circular clearance 15. Nozzles 14 and circulating pipe 13 are made through layout out tubes of outer and inner shields 6 and 2 respectively inside combustion chambers 3. Tubes of shield 2 are made flush with behind-wall shields 20 arranged between peripheral combustion chambers 3 and tubes of outer shield 6 are made flush with on-wall shields 21 arranged in recess of embrasures 19 of burner devices 12 along whose vertical axes peripheral combustion chambers are formed. Lighting-up burners 17 are located on lower and upper ends of peripheral combustion chambers 3 at level of bypass ports 9 and 10. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
