FIELD: stand equipment for testing operation of variously designed droppers built into cavities of flexible irrigation pipeline or fixed on its surface.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for laboratory testing of droppers has bed with reservoir and tank mounted on bed. Reservoir is hydraulically communicating with tank by means of two-position valve and drop former. Drop former is defined by two parallel bars positioned within reservoir, nipples arranged in pairs opposed to one another, lengths of flexible irrigation pipelines with droppers. Ends of each length of flexible irrigation pipeline are mounted on inlet conical surfaces of nipples. There is at least one dropper in each length of flexible irrigation pipeline, said dropper being built into cavities of said length and provided with water outlet opening oriented downward. Ends of each flexible irrigation pipeline are fixed by means of captive nuts positioned on threaded portions of nipples. Measuring cylinder is positioned under each water outlet opening of flexible irrigation pipeline so as to be moved to operating position and non-operating position. Measuring cylinder is located within common drive mechanism formed as U-shaped bar positioned in paired guides. Guides are mounted within reservoir wall. Cassette is detachably positioned on bar and adapted for keeping of measuring cylinders in vertical position. Cassette is reinforced with resilient material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider operational capabilities of apparatus.
