FIELD: agriculture and amelioration, in particular, stand equipment for short-time testing within wide rage of conditions approximating to maximum extent to industrial conditions.
SUBSTANCE: stand has catch pit with conical bottom, feeding and discharge pipelines with shutters, and water distributing pipe with replaceable sprinkling devices. Stand has hermetically sealed reservoir, pump, filter, pressure regulator, flexible pipeline, bar, measuring cylinders, drainage network and control pressure gages, with mentioned parts being sequentially mounted in hydraulic main. Reservoir positioned behind shutter of feeding pipeline has inlet valve for admission of air from atmosphere, release valve, water meter, valve for discharge of drainage and water, and stop valve to be connected to pump. Filter for removal of suspension and mineral contaminants is mounted between pump and pressure regulator. Filter is hydraulically communicated with drainage network. Control pressure meters are positioned at pressure regulator inlet and outlet ends. Pressure regulator has pipeline for feeding of recirculation flow. Flexible irrigation pipeline under test is equipped with built-in droppers and fixed by clamps on bar to be used as water distributing pipe. Bar is mounted on frame so as to be inclined toward horizontal plane. Measuring cylinder is mounted by means of pendulum-type suspension, below each dropper of irrigation pipeline under test. Water may be discharged from each measuring cylinder into catch pit with conical bottom.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved precision in determining characteristics of flexible irrigation pipelines, and wider range of versions of construction embodiments for drop irrigation systems.
