FIELD: stand equipment for investigating operation of drippers of various designs, built within cavity of flexible irrigation pipeline, as well as those fixed on its surface.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame, reservoir and tank fixed on frame. Tank is hydraulically communicated with reservoir through two-position valve and droplet former, the latter being defined by two parallel bars positioned within reservoir. Paired nipples are positioned in opposed relation on bars. Ends of flexible irrigation pipelines are mounted on nipples by means of entrance surfaces. Each fragment of flexible irrigation pipeline has at least one dripper. Water discharge opening of flexible irrigation pipeline is directed downward, toward bottom part of reservoir. Ends of each flexible irrigation pipeline are fixed on threaded portions of nipples. Apparatus has means for fixing imprints of shape and size of droplets. Said means is formed as water-permeable tape positioned under droplet former. Driving of movable water-permeable tape is synchronized with flow rate of drippers under test provided within cavities of irrigation pipelines. Water-permeable tape is wound on un winding and winding bobbins positioned for rotation on drive shafts. Drive shaft of each bobbin is mounted on side wall of reservoir by means of supporting bearings and brackets. Synchronous drive of winding and unwinding bobbins is formed as cable freely mounted on pulleys positioned at ends of bobbin shafts. Reservoir for filling with bulk ballast is fixed at one end of cable. Other end of cable is connected to cylinder for moving water-permeable tape in synchronism with number of droplets falling from dripper. Extreme lower position of reservoir with bulk ballast is delimited by supporting platform. Cylinder is equipped with membrane positioned above water-discharge opening in bottom part of cylinder. Extreme lower position of cylinder is delimited by supporting platform. Volume of tank exceeds that of reservoir by 3-4 times.

EFFECT: reduced labor intensity and time for performing tests, provision for obtaining of reliable data within wide range of constructional and processing parameters.
