SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes sea scallop cutting, roasting in melt butter and chopping; fresh white cabbage and runner bean cutting, freezing, and chopping; potato cutting, blanching, and chopping; carrot, parsley root, and onion cutting, roasting in melt butter and chopping; green pea freezing and chopping; parsley green chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with sour cream, fish broth, tomato paste, table salt, and CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete species and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
