SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing mutton, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing onions, freezing and mincing parsley leaves, blanching and mincing dried apricots, boiling rice till double increase in weight and mincing it, mincing pistachio kernels, mixing specified ingredients with bone broth, tomato paste, salt and СО2-biomass extracts of the specified micromicet type, cinnamon and hot black pepper, packing obtained mixture in aluminum tubes, pressurization and sterilization.
