SUBSTANCE: preparation method stipulates cutting, sautéing in melted butter and shredding of carrots, parsley root and onion, cutting, blanching and shredding of potatoes, freezing and shredding of sea scallop meat. Then listed components are mixed with fresh water, tomato paste, salt and CO2-extract of biomass micromicete of stated type, black pepper and laurel leaf. Received mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserves for cosmic feeding have improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
