SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out combined perfusion-ventilation scintigraphy. Alveolar permeability should be detected from the whole affected lung in posterior-direct projection in static mode on the 1^st, 10^th and 30^th min after inhaling a radioactive aerosol and at alveolar permeability of the inhaled radioactive aerosol on the 10^th min being above 15%, on the 30^th min - above 30% against 1 min and at the availability of ventilation-perfusion disorders one should diagnose acute infectious respiratory disease, and at alveolar permeability 30 min after inhaling the radioactive aerosol being below 25% and at the availability of ventilation-perfusion disorders one should diagnose thromboembolism in small branches of pulmonary artery. The innovation is accurate and enables to fulfill diagnostics at earlier stages of disease development.
