SUBSTANCE: for differential diagnostics of infiltrative tuberculosis and peripheral lung cancer in case of questionable X-ray symptomatology ventilation-perfusion pulmonoscintigraphy. Ventilation-perfusion ratio and alveolar-capillary permeability of radioactive aerosol are determined. In case of simultaneous presence of ventilation-perfusion ratio index higher than 1.14 in affected lung and retardation of alveolar-capillary permeability of radiopharm preparation in affected lung by 30-th minute of examination in comparison with intact lung on 5% and higher, peripheral lung cancer is diagnosed. In case if ventilation-perfusion ratio in intact lung is lower than 1.10 and alveolar-capillary permeability of radioactive aerosol is even in both lungs at 10-th minute after aerosol inhalation, with its further increase on to sides on 15% and higher by 30-th minute of examination, infiltrative tuberculosis of lungs is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method increases accuracy of diagnostics of infiltrative tuberculosis and peripheral cancer of lungs.
