FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: ventilation-perfusion pulmonoscintigraphy is performed with the assessment of alveolar-capillary permeability (ACP). In this case, the assessment of the ACP is carried out in a static mode. Additionally, the apical-basal perfusion gradient is determined in the posterior rectal projection. With an increase in the ACP index by 12% and higher at the 10th minute, by 30% and higher at the 30th minute of the study and the value of the apical-basal perfusion gradient of 0.63 and below, a lesion of the respiratory system is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides diagnosing damage to the respiratory system in connective tissue dysplasia in patients of military age 18-20 years old by determining the ACP and the apical-basal perfusion gradient.
