FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; oil-refining industry; oil-processing industry; gas-processing industry; metallurgical industry; by-product-coking industry; environmental protection; production and operation of the packed mass-exchange apparatuses for the "gas-liquid" systems.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the packed mass-exchange apparatuses for the "gas-liquid" systems and may find application in chemical, petrochemical, oil-and gas-processing industries, metallurgical industry and the by-product-coking industry, and also in the industrial ecology at purification of the flue gases and the ventilation emissions. The packed column contains the cylindrical body and the head made in the form of the multi-row located in it rings, the lateral surface of the rings of the head is bent along the circumference with R=0.08-0.1 m. The rings are vertically installed with the shift in the rows of the convex side towards the axis of the body of the packed column in such a manner, that the upper protruding edge of each ring of the lower row number is located inside the ring of the upper row. The technical result of the invention is the increased degree of the purification of the gases at the expense of intensification of the process of the mass-exchange between the gas and the liquid.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased degree of the purification of gases at the expense of intensification of the mass-exchange process between the gas and the liquid.
