FIELD: machines designed for making different forged pieces by hot die forging from steel and non-ferrous alloys in detachable dies.
SUBSTANCE: machine includes housing in rails of which forging slide coupled through connecting rod with crankshaft is mounted. Crankshaft is connected through transmission with intermediate shaft. Machine also includes flywheel connected through transmission with electric motor; coupling; brake and electric motor for controlling. Machine is provided with screw type ball mechanism whose screw is mounted with possibility of rotation in supporting shaft rigidly joined with drive shaft of machine and with transmission having electric motor for controlling. Nut is joined through levers with flywheel and by means of tie rods through rotary supports with pressure disc of combined coupling and brake, both mounted in flywheel.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of machine, improved safety degree of working machine due to increased response of control system, operational reliability and stable operation of machine.
