FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the hot forging crank press.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the design of the hot forging crank presses. The crank press contains: the stand made in the form of the lower and upper cross bars and two poles, in which guides there is the mounted slider connected by the connecting rod with the eccentric shaft and the press control and drive system. The press is supplied with the stop blocks mounted upright in the lower cross bar of the press. The stop blocks lower faces rest through their adjustment mechanism upon the plungers of the hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders are linked by the pipe ducts to the safety valve and through the dispensers with the source of the pressure the liquid and with the discharge tank. The mechanism of the stop blocks adjustment is made of the wedge type and contains the pairs of the driven chocks disposed between the stop blocks and plungers of the hydraulic cylinders. On each chock there are two screw nuts coupling with the driving screws. The hydraulic cylinders with the plungers are linked by the pipe ducts with the high-pressure hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic pressure booster, the safety valve and through the back-flow prevention valve - with the source of the low pressure of the liquid. The cavity of the low pressure hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic pressure booster is connected through dispensers to the source of low the pressure of the liquid and with the discharge tank. As the result of it the invention ensures simplification of the adjustment system of the hidden height of the press, the increased accuracy of the stamped billets in height and the decreased volume of stamped forgings spoilage.
