FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the air-penetrable discretely expandable elastic composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the air-penetrable discretely expandable elastic composite materials. The material contains the elastomeric film deposited by means of the extrusive layering on the wadded linen provided for one surface or for both surfaces of the film. The elastomeric film has irregular texture of the macroholes formed in it by means of the discrete stretching, having the diameter from approximately 10 microns up to approximately 100 microns. The film contains the pore-forming filling agent in the amount insufficient to make the film microporous as a result of the discrete stretching because of formation of the microvoids near to the filling agent. The invention presents the method of production of the indicated material providing for the extrusive layering and the discrete stretching, the clothing and disposables formed out of the offered composite material. The indicated invention ensures production of the composite material with the indispensable combination of the air permeability and the elasticity. Also it ensures production of the improved air-penetrable elastic composite materials.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the composite material with the indispensable combination of the air permeability and the elasticity and the improved air-penetrable elastic composite materials.
