FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for transfer or charging of various reservoirs with bulk material capable of standing insignificant impact loading, such as granular feeds or cereals.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical falling pipe and blade device hanging from lower end of falling pipe and designed for uniform filling of reservoir with bulk material. Blade device has vertical branch pipe axially hanging from lower end of falling pipe for rotation around its vertical longitudinal axis and kinematically connected to rotation drive positioned on outer surface of falling pipe, and distributing blade vertically hung in the form of double-armed lever within branch pipe for rocking on horizontal shaft fixed with its ends on inner surface within lower part of branch pipe and intersecting its vertical longitudinal axis. Upper smaller arm of double-armed lever is connected to drive through crank mechanism. Throttle of crank mechanism is mounted on outer surface of branch pipe for rotation in vertical plane extending through longitudinal axis of branch pipe in direction perpendicular to horizontal shaft onto which distributing blade is hung. Connecting rod is passed through vertical cut provided through branch pipe wall and is connected to upper end of distributing blade. Apparatus is equipped with supports made in the form of inclined columns fixed with their upper ends onto outer surface of falling pipe, and having at their upper ends electromagnetic attachments for fixing of apparatus on cover of reservoir to be filled with bulk material.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, simplified construction of apparatus enabling moderate-duty-mode of charging bulk material containing particles capable of standing insignificant impact loadings.
