FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Essence of invention consists in that engine consists of housing (1), housing cover (2), outlet (3) and inlet (4) branch pipes, rotor element (5), performing rotary-oscillatory movements on axis (6), bypass pipelines (8), fixed partitions (7), crank-and-rod mechanism including crankshaft (10), crank (9) and con-rod (11), damper device (12) and supports (13). Fixed partitions (7) are fixed on inner walls of housing (2) to form working and auxiliary chambers, and damper (12) has chambers with check valves configured to compress air therein and bypass it from one chamber to another. Such design ensures achievement of engine uniformity and increase of reliability and durability of its operation.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in durability and reliability of rotary-vane engines by reducing dynamic and inertial loads on parts of internal combustion engine.
