FIELD: ships.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, can be applied as propelling and/or propulsion apparatuses of inhabited or uninhabited submersible, as well as surface, vehicles and vessels, and can be applied primarily in manufacture of torpedoes. The anaerobic power unit consists of a closed-cycle engine with an external heat supply with double-acting pistons with separate working and displacement cylinders of the engine, installed primarily along the axis of the body of the torpedo in tandem. The motion transformer is based on a crank or gear-frame mechanism ensuring shock-free passage of dead points. The gearbox with bevel gears ensures multidirectional rotation of the coaxial propeller shafts. In order to heat the working fluid, at least one chemical reactor is used, wherein a heater is placed in said reactor or the reactor is installed separately and connected with the working fluid heater by at least one heat pipe. An axial water-jet propulsor with a flexible nozzle with an all-aspect thrust vector and a swinging screw is used as a propulsor. A propeller can be installed in an attachment. The propulsor operates with simultaneous counter-rotation of the external and internal propeller shafts, whereby the swinging screw rotates and oscillates around the axis of the internal shaft.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the propulsor is achieved.
