FIELD: testing engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises load-bearing frame, hydraulic cylinder, clamps for locking articles to be tested, pumping unit for supplying fluid to the hydraulic system of the device, two hydraulic pulse generators provided with crank shaft and hydraulic cylinders with pistons that bear on cranks, and generator of cyclic loading. The housing (stator) of one of the phase angle pickups is made for permitting rotation with respect to its axis and locking at any angular position.

EFFECT: simplified design.
