FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro-pulsators designed to create dynamic loading of test structures through hydraulic jacks. Hydro-pulsator contains housing 1, a spring-loaded plunger mounted in cylinder 2 with an actuator in the form of an eccentric on the drive shaft, a mechanism for changing the stroke of the plunger, a flywheel and an electric motor 8. Hydro-pulsator is equipped with a sensor for the angle of rotation of the drive shaft mounted on housing 1 and a contactless limiter monitoring the angular position of the drive shaft and its zero position, electrical cabinet 21 with a control panel and a follow-up electric drive with feedback from the sensor. Sensor is kinematically connected to the flywheel. Mechanism for changing the stroke of the plunger is in the form of a lever. On the upper surface of the lever is fixed the plate, to which the plunger is pressed through the support roller. Cylinder 2 through hydraulic collector 20 is hydraulically connected to the hydraulic jack.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring the creation of a load with one frequency, but with a given phase shift between all the hydraulic jacks of the bench for cyclic testing of the parts for strength under complex spatial loading.
