FIELD: object devices.

SUBSTANCE: object device can be used for controlling end alarm and guard devices at object provided with continuity of service and double-sided digital data exchange with message transmission systems. Device has communication unit, indicator unit, coded lock, reserve power level unit, microcomputer. First input of microcomputer is connected with first output of network power availability unit; second input is connected with first output of continuity-of-service power level unit. Object device also has first and second switches, stabilization unit; first input of stabilization unit is connected with second output of continuity-of-service power level unit. Input of the latter is connected with output of first switch. First input of switch is connected with first output of microcomputer. Second input of microcomputer is connected with first input of second switch. Output of second switch is connected with second input of first switch through continuity-of-service power unit. Second input of stabilization unit is connected with second input of network voltage availability unit. Third input of the latter is connected with second in put of second switch. Charge and discharge cycles of continuity-of-service power unit can be controlled to exclude re-charges and deep charges. Message transmission system can be informed on condition of continuity-of-service power unit. Upon receiving commands from message transmission system, power of circuits of object device can be turned off if voltage of continuity-of0service power unit is inadmissible low.
