FIELD: engineering of equipment for signaling, monitoring, observing and controlling moving and stationary objects.
SUBSTANCE: system features network and object routers, provided with modules for creating virtual private communication network and communication controllers. Operation is ensured via communication channels made in form of wired, fiber-optic, satellite, cell communication or radio communication channels. Also provided is connection through communication channels to Internet network. System is made with possible transfer of data from object blocks to observation panel by means of packet data transfer and operates with mobile cell phone communication network. Also provided are devices for connecting video cameras, acoustic and dactyloscopic devices, devices for transformation of information to digital files and transfer thereof to observation panel. System contains group of additional observation panels, connected to each other via local communication network. Object blocks of system have uninterruptible power supplies with inbuilt accumulators.
EFFECT: expanded zone of protection and monitoring of objects, increased number of simultaneously queried object blocks, shorter time and improved guarantee of delivery of messages, improved protection of data being transferred, ensured transfer of multimedia messages.
