SUBSTANCE: method involves sowing multiple-component legumes-and-cereals grass mixture on terraced plow-land providing retention of drain and washing-away of thaw and rain water, on terrace hills and depressions; planting 0.5-0.8 m high stunted shrub-wood on hill apexes, and sowing field crops in terrace spacing according to crop rotation; in 8-10 years, renewing grasses and shrub-woods because of reduction in their productivity and function.
EFFECT: provision for reliable high productivity on terraced land regardless of extreme weather conditions.
