SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetic masks. Cosmetic mask consists of textile material, composition of sodium alginate aqueous solution with biologically active substances distributed in its, water and it comprises additionally collagen acetate wherein the ratio of collagen acetate, alginate, biologically active material and water in the composition must be = 5.4:0.08:(0.01-0.1):(94.51-94.42), respectively. Textile material is prepared from unwoven cellulose material, and the composition is places on one of surface of textile material, and capacity of cosmetic mask to draping must be 78-85%. Based on high viscosity of composition masks are fixed on face and effect on skin. As far as the polymeric composition is placed on one side of mask only adjoining to skin then mask can be placed on face suitable, to drape on skin and smoothing its by hand. Mask can be removed after using easily. Mask provides stable lifting-effect. Invention can be used for providing effective care for face as agent against skin ageing.
