FIELD: cosmetics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of cosmetology, namely to cosmetics for effective skin care using alginates. The cosmetic composition for producing a plasticisable skin mask comprises ( wt.%): sodium alginate 5.0 to 12.0; diatomaceous earth 3.0 to 15.0; calcium sulphate 2.0 to 7.0; sodium pyrophosphate 0.3 to 1.5; hydrated silicon dioxide 0.1 to 10.0; hydrogenated vegetable oil and a copolymer of hydroxyethylacrylate and sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate 1 to 10. 0; an antioxidant 0.01 to 1.0; biologically active substances 0.01 to 15.0; a hydrophobic organic medium up to 100%. Also disclosed is a method for producing a cosmetic composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the uniformity of application of a mask to the facial skin.
