FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill surgical and complex medicinal therapy and, also, introduce an immunomodulator by taking into account the phases of purulent wound process: during exudative-inflammatory phase - as the solution upon twisted cotton applicators, during proliferative one - upon an ointment foundation, moreover, as the immunomodulator one should apply glutoxim which should be dissolved in 10.0 ml hypertonic sodium chloride solution and introduced during inflammatory phase as 0.1%-solution, and in the course of proliferative phase - as an ointment water-soluble form at glutoxim concentration being 0.1%; moreover, at exudative-inflammatory it is important to introduce glutoxim daily, and at proliferative one - every other day. The present innovation increases lysosomal activity and functional reserve of neutrophils and macrophages in a wound, decreases the concentration of interleukin-8 (IL-8), increases the concentration of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) that, in its turn, favors the acceleration of sanitizing the foci of inflammation.
