FIELD: mining industry; other industries; methods of flotation of the sands of the hydrocyclone.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the mining industry and may be used at flotation of the sands of the hydrocyclone. The method of the flotation of the sands of the hydrocyclone includes the stages of grinding and dressing. The grinding stage includes feeding of the ore into the grinder, and the upgrading stage includes feeding of the product from the grinder outlet to the inlet of the hydrocyclone of the stage of dressing and its flotation in the flotator. The sands from the hydrocyclone are fed to the inlet of the screening machine or the classifier with the flushing. The coarse or oversize product is routed to the inlet of the grinder and the small-sized or the through product is routed in the conditioner with the additional supply of the water for control of the density of the product fed to the inlet of the flotator exercising the velocity flotation. The finished product of the velocity flotation is routed for the further reprocessing for production of the concentrate and the tailings are routed for the additional reprocessing. The given method is exercised using the hydrocyclone sands flotation production line, in which the module of the dressing stage additionally contains the screening machine and the conditioner. The outlet of the sands of the hydrocyclone is connected to the inlet of the screening machine, the outlet of the oversized product of the screening machine is connected to the inlet of the grinder, and the outlet of the through product of the screening machine is connected to the inlet of the conditioner, and the outlet of the conditioner is connected to the inlet of the flotator exercising the velocity flotation. The technical result of the invention is the increase efficiency of the sand flotation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increase efficiency of the sand flotation.
