FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of raw mixture used for making nonautoclave cellular concrete that can be used for production of structural-heat-insulating articles. Raw mixture for making cellular concrete has ash component, portland cement and aluminium powder. Mixture has ash obtained after combustion of industrial and domestic sewage of municipal system exhibiting specific surface 400-600 m²/kg, filled density 600-800 kg/m³ and SiO₂ content 1.5-2.0% as the source of ash component. Mixture has components taken at the following ratio, wt.%: ash, 38.4-61.4; portland cement, 38.4-61.4; aluminium powder, the balance.
