FIELD: petrochemical industry; building industry; electronic industry; other industries; methods and the devices for realization of the heat-energy-mass exchange.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the hardening systems for unsaturated polyester resins - the styrene solutions of the polyestermaleinates widely used in construction, electronic and electrical industries and in other fields of engineering. The problem of the invention is development of the hardening system for the polyestermaleinate resins, which is free from the peroxide and hydroperoxide compounds and ensuring production of the product, which is not yielding on the properties to the product produced at hardening by the peroxide systems. The invention presents the hardening system containing (in mass %) carbon tetrachloride - (50-75) and the aliphatic and-or aromatic amine - (25-50) and, if it is necessity, cobalt naphthenate - (10-20 mass % in terms of the total mass of the system).
EFFECT: the invention ensures development of the hardening system for the polyestermaleinate resins free from the peroxide and hydroperoxide compounds and ensuring production of the product, which is not yielding on the properties to the product produced at hardening by the peroxide systems.
