FIELD: aircraft industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of cleaning, particularly to removal of deposits from air-gas duct of gas-turbine engine, and it can be used at servicing of flying vehicles, mainly, light aviation ones. Proposed plant contains tanks for washing liquid and cleaning solution in filler necks of which filters are installed being closed by plugs with drain valves, first three-way distributing pipe cock connected by two inputs with corresponding tanks, electric pump whose input is connected with output of first cock, and output, with pressure gauge and input of second three-way distributing pipe cock. The latter has two outputs to connect, through bypass main line with device for jet mixing of cleaning solution and hose to deliver liquid through pipe cock into sprayer installed before input of engine air intake without contact with air intake. Tanks are made integral with stopped bottom, transition in height of said bottom being formed by extension of adjacent partition separating the tanks. Bottom of washing liquid tank is arranged lower than that of cleaning solution tank and is made with tilting to drain liquid of in direction of stepped transition to lower part of which pipeline adjoins connecting the tank with first three-way distributing pipe cock, and the latter is connected by pipe line with bottom of cleaning solution tank. Pump is installed on brackets connected by sides to bottom of tank and stepped transition, and unit of support for placing the plant of ground is secured in opposite corner. Pump is located under high bottom of tank. Tank is arranged on pair of wheels from opposite side of stepped transition. Handle is mounted in upper corner of tank to move plant with possibility of turning in vertical plane to embrace tank or fastening by lock for transportation, clamps for hose with sprayer are secured o top of tanks. Tanks are furnished with level gauges with lever-float turning mechanism of sector provided with scale. Pressure gauge is electrically connected with pump control system.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and quality of washing of air-gas duct of aircraft.
