FIELD: chemical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemical equipment and can be used in the manufacture, repair, scheduled maintenance of pipelines for both domestic and industrial purposes, requiring the application of a protective, in particular anticorrosive, coating. The mobile installation for mixing the components of the mixture and the subsequent application of the resulting mixture to the inner surface of the pipelines is characterized by the fact that it is mounted on a frame with wheels and includes two symmetrically arranged feeding circuits, each of which is connected to a corresponding container equipped with covers with seals, for the possibility of feeding the components of the mixture A and B into them, while the bottom of each container is flat and has a slope towards its intake opening, provided with an outlet pipe with a ball valve installed on it from the outside of the container, at the same time, heating plates are installed under the flat bottom of each container for automatic heating of the containers, and sensors are installed in the lower part of the containers to control the temperature of the components; the above-mentioned outlet pipe of each tank is connected to its own mesh filter-mud trap, the outlet of which is connected to the corresponding receiving chambers of piston pumps with a common pneumatic drive, while a heating cable is installed on the cylinder of each of the pumps, a pressure gauge is installed at the outlet of each of the pumps, which is connected by a high-pressure hose with a three-way tap, made with the possibility of feeding the corresponding component of the mixture either back into the container, or further into the common mixing chamber of the components of the mixture, in which a static mixer with a high-pressure hose is installed, which is a feeding hose, at the end of which a centralizer with a spray head is installed for the possibility of entering it into the pipeline and applying the resulting composition to the inner surface of the pipelines; in this case, the installation is equipped with a flushing system from the components of the mixture, including a piston pump with its own pneumatic drive, connected by the high-pressure hose with the three-way tap with the possibility of supplying flushing liquid through it to the common mixing chamber of the components of the mixture with a static mixer.
EFFECT: invention provides the creation of a more convenient installation design that combines the functions of mobility and reliability, has a smaller mass and dimensions, making it possible to obtain a homogeneous mixture, as well as the possibility of its application in pipelines with a diameter of 80 mm and passing the turn angles of the pipeline up to 90°.
