SUBSTANCE: proposed self-excited oscillator incorporating provision for selecting heat-control temperature at any desired temperature irrespective of extreme points on temperature-frequency characteristic of SC-cut resonator that has quartz-crystal resonator inserted in its oscillatory system or feedback circuit and placed in thermostat accommodating temperature control, temperature sensor, and heater is provided with additional temperature-dependent circuit also disposed in thermostat and used for thermal compensation of oscillator temperature-frequency characteristic within thermostat temperature fluctuation range.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of quartz-crystal oscillator frequency within wide temperature range, reduced requirement to precision of thermostat temperature control mainly for resonators.
