SUBSTANCE: the suggested emulsion contains aqueous and fatty phases, a surface-active polymer, a gel-forming polymer which partially transforms into gel and, also, gelatin. All the components should be taken at a certain ratio. The innovation enables to obtain a stable emulsion which is nor exfoliated at 5°C for 8 wk.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
