Method involves manufacturing bundle comprising at least one kind of multiple-component fibers 12 having length less than length of filter 10, 10', 16, 16' to be manufactured, as bundle component; heating fiber bundle to temperature exceeding melting temperature of casing 21 of at least one kind of multiple-component fibers 12; cooling fiber bundle to temperature below melting temperature of casing 21 of at least one kind of multiple-component fibers 12.
EFFECT: homogeneous structure, simplified manufacture process, and wider range of filtering characteristics.
