FIELD: irrigation technique for fine-dispersion sprinkling, may be used in mobile units for producing of sprinkler jet with droplet sizes allowable for irrigation of wide range of cultivated farm crops.
SUBSTANCE: sprinkler head has casing mounted on water feeding pipeline, and deflector fixed on pole and formed as concave bowl facing toward casing and equipped with conical guide. Conical guide is positioned in inlet part of casing and fixed by means of threaded pole within transverse piece positioned in inlet branch pipe. Side surface of casing is formed as widening cone with openings provided in cone wall and directed parallel to casing axis. Sides of concave bowl of deflector and projections on inlet part of casing define channels for connecting inlet branch pipe with straight-axis diffuser. Position of deflector relative to casing may be regulated. There is pointer on deflector for registering predetermined flow rate, and there are divisions at end of casing.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and simplified construction of sprinkler head.
