FIELD: fine and drop sprinkling irrigation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: sprinkler head has casing to be mounted on water feeding pipeline, and stepped deflectors fixed to casing. Each of said deflectors is made in the form of concave bowl oriented toward casing. Converging openings provided forward of each of said deflectors, along perimeter of casing, within the latter, are directed with their cone apex toward deflector. Converging openings have lower horizontal generatrix. Converging openings are provided on casing side surface, along helical line. Width of deflectors is greater than that of sprinkler head outlet part. An increase in width corresponds to conical contour of generatrix. Flow dividers provided within casing inner cavity are formed as concave bowls oriented toward inlet opening of sprinkler head, said bowls being arranged in steps, forward of inlet edge of converging openings. Width of flow dividers at sprinkler head inlet opening is smaller than that near outlet opening. Width of flow dividers alters along conical generatrix.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in selecting optimal irrigation parameters and enhanced reliability in operation of sprinkler head.
