FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of obtaining light-weight porous ceramic heat-insulating and heat-insulating-constructive construction material "KONPASIT". Method includes preliminary processing of silica-containing component by crushing, drying to humidity 18-24% and crushing to maximal coarseness of particle 3 mm. As silica-containing component used is diatomite or tripoli and/or silica clay, containing active silica, and as alkaline component used is mixture of 46% water solution of caustic soda and foamed water solution of soda ash with ratio 1.0-1.1/0.5-1.3. Mixing of silica-containing component and alkaline component is carried out in mixer of periodic action. Given are modes of preliminary and main burnings of initial raw material mixture at temperature 550-650°C in rotating furnace; burning of ground powder is performed in metal forms in furnace by raising temperature to 650°C at rate 100-120°C/hour, and to maximal 680-800°C at rate 15-25°C/hour with further isothermal keeping at maximal temperature for 1-3 hours, cooling from maximal temperature to 600°C is performed at rate 30-50°C/hour and from 600 to 50°C at rate 50-60°C/hour.

EFFECT: reduction of consumption of fuel-energy resources and final product cost, improvement of sanitary-hygienic conditions of production.
