FIELD: firearm, applicable for noise silencing, changing the natural and intensity of the shot disclosure factors.
SUBSTANCE: the turbulent shot silencer has a body made in the form of a hollow cylinder with diametral petal-shaped partitions rigidly attached to the inner wall, they don't intersect the bullet trajectory, are perpendicular to the central axis of the silencer, and break the space into compartments. The petal-shaped partitions are made in the form of blades twisted along their length from the periphery to the center so that the ponder gases at the instant of their exhaust from the barrel muzzle end, being admitted to the twisted sector partitions, flow them around tangentially under different angles of incidence twisting the translational motion of gases to a vortex turbulent motion.
EFFECT: reduced shot noise due to a direct turbulization and swirl of powder gases inside the silencer body.
