FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises four parallel tubes that lie in a single plane in pair. The outer end sections of the pipes are connected with the rigid joining members. The inner end section of the first coaxial pipe pair is secured to the base, and the second one is secured to the plate. The same member made of four tubes is mounted to be perpendicular to the plane of the first member. The inner sections of the second pair of the coaxial pipes are secured to the frame suspended on the conical support whose top is in coincidence with the point of intersection of the axes of plate tubes. The tubes and passages made in the base, rigid joining members, plate, and frame are the members for supplying heat-transfer agent to the object to be tested that is mounted coaxially to the device on the frame.
